How HELMD delivers care
HELMD partners with Telegra MD (telegramd.com), a management services organization (MSO) that provides non-clinical administrative services to the medical provider groups that deliver clinical care through HELMD.
Clinical services — including the review of your questionnaire and any prescription decisions — are provided exclusively by licensed healthcare professionals affiliated with the provider groups listed below. Together these provider groups serve patients in 48 U.S. states.
Provider groups
- Online Medical Care, P.C. — a New Jersey professional corporation; serves patients in New Jersey and New York.
- TMD of Kansas, P.A. — a Kansas professional association; serves patients in Kansas.
- TMD of Texas, P.A. — a Texas professional association; serves patients in Texas.
- TMD of CA, PC — a California professional corporation; serves patients in California and all other states where HELMD is available.
Dispensing pharmacy
Prescriptions issued through HELMD are filled, compounded, and dispensed by Precision Medicine, Inc., a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy that prepares and ships your medication. Precision Medicine is NABP-accredited and LegitScript-certified.

Roles
HELMD is the brand and consumer-facing platform. Telegra MD provides non-clinical management and administrative services to the provider groups. The provider groups, through their licensed clinicians, are solely responsible for clinical decision-making, prescribing, and the practice of medicine. HELMD and Telegra MD do not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or prescribe medications.
