Why we exist
Most men who try something for ED and do not get what they hoped for simply stop. They were handed one ingredient working on one pathway, it fell short, and the conclusion they drew was that nothing works.
Usually the treatment was incomplete rather than wrong. An erection needs blood flow and it needs arousal, and a drug that only opens blood vessels does nothing for the second half. HELMD exists because that gap is treatable and almost nobody was treating it.
What makes us different
Three things, and they are the only three we claim.
Urologists, not marketers
Our clinical protocols are set by two board-certified urologists who each run a hospital urology department. They choose what goes in the formula and why.
One condition, done well
We are not adding hair loss, sleep, or supplements. Narrow scope is how a small company stays good at something.
How care actually works
Three independent parties, each doing one job. This separation is a legal requirement of telehealth, and it is also why no single company both sells you the product and decides you should have it.

The HELMD Medical Advisory Board sets the protocol
Two board-certified urologists decide what we offer, at what dose, and on what evidence. They do not prescribe to individual patients.

Independent provider groups prescribe
Four independent professional medical corporations employ the licensed clinicians who review your intake and decide whether treatment is appropriate. HELMD does not practice medicine and cannot overrule them. The groups serving your state are listed in full.

A licensed U.S. pharmacy dispenses
Precision Medicine, Inc. in Bellmore, New York prepares each prescription individually and ships it to you. NABP-accredited, LegitScript-certified, and compliant with USP 795, 797 and 800.
