Drive isn't right for everyone. It may also be unsuitable if you have significant heart disease, very low or uncontrolled blood pressure, severe liver or kidney conditions, or certain eye disorders such as retinitis pigmentosa. Common side effects may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, nausea, dizziness, and mild blurred vision. These are generally mild and temporary. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than four hours (priapism) or any sudden change in vision or hearing.
